The first part of the evening is taken up with activities and sports. There's football or indoor hockey, and (in the summer) small versions of tennis and cricket. You can play table tennis, table football or snooker. There's various craft activities and games. There's a chance to just chat with friends and to get to know some new people.

After some quick refreshments, the evening ends with the main section, an illustrated talk from the Bible. Don't think you can just sit there ... these messages are challenging, designed to make you assess your whole life, to listen to what the living God is saying to you.
